Lathrom's Landing was established on March 1, 2018 and the renovation work started.  The RV Park was in need of renovations and also was impacted by Hurricane Irma in 2017.  We started working on the park in March and are finalizing our renovations by Jan 1, 2019.  Our pictures below show the transformation into Lathrom's Landing RV Park completed in just 10 months. On June 15, 2019 we purchased Clancy's Mosquito Lagoon Fish Camp and combined the two entities into Lathrom's Landing RV Park & Fish Camp, LLC.
