Lathrom’s Fish Camp offers four waterfront units — a 2-bed/1-bath with four full-size beds, an efficiency/studio with two full-size beds, an efficiency with one queen bed, a 2-bed/2-bath manufactured home next door to the main fish camp building and 1 42’ 5th wheel located in the RV Park. All units have expansive views of the lagoon, A/C and fully equipped kitchens. The 2/1 unit and the larger efficiency have French doors that open directly to your covered waterfront deck and dock. BOATING AND FISHING AMENITIES

With our private, protected docks and on-site ramp, you can launch your boat when you arrive and keep it in the water for your entire stay. The following amenities are all included at no additional charge:

• On-site ramp suitable for most skiffs and flats boats

• Plenty of space for trailer parking in fenced yard

• Exterior outlets and extension cords for charging trolling motor batteries

• Fresh water at dock for flushing engines

• Fish cleaning table with fresh water hose

• Two Native Watercraft fishing kayaks plus several others including a tandem

• Inside and outside rod storage racks

• Five complimentary kayaks

Our small efficiency unit is perfect for couples or individual guests. It has one queen bed, a kitchen with full-size refrigerator and stove, and dinette seating. Like our other units, it is directly on the water.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath manufactured home is available to rent. Located next door to our fish camp and is fully furnished. It is on 1/4 acre with ample parking, dock space for your boat & viewing decks on Mosquito lagoon. This home includes use of all our on-site facilities such as the boat ramp, docks, kayaks, grill, off street parking with trailer storage and use of the RV Park’s 260’ pier for fishing & shrimping. Queen Bedroom and additional bedroom in back. Full use of Fish Camp and RV Park amenities and docks. Nightly, weekly or monthly rates. Daily rate includes electric, city water & sewer. There is a cleaning fee per stay of $ 20.00 and no pets in RV unless approved by management.
